Delivery
Currently, we deliver within the UK. We aim to send your goods within 48 hours of you placing an order.
We always aim to deliver your order between 3-5 working days after we have confirmed your order. When you place your order, you will be asked to provide a delivery address. You can also add an alternative delivery address. Unfortunately, we cannot change the delivery address after an order is placed. Goods are subject to availability. As there is a delay between the time when the order is placed and the time when the order is accepted, the stock position relating to particular items may change.
UK DELIVERY is charged at £4.95 or FREE on orders of £50 and over.
FREE COLLECTION please choose PICK UP on the item and your items will be reserved and waiting for your collection. Please leave one working day for the product to be collected.
Note that delivery times are estimates and that deliveries could take somewhat longer during peak season (such as Christmas). We do not dispatch on weekends or bank holidays.
Returns Policy
Please call us in the first instance to notify us of any return on 07742 400242. You will be given details on how to return an item.
Items must be returned to us within 14 days of purchase to qualify for a full refund or exchange. Postage return is at your own cost.
When you return an item, please indicate the reason for the return. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. Please package the items in the original condition in which they were received, and post back to us.
Items must have original labels still attached. Item(s) must be in an unworn or unwashed condition and free from odours. We appreciate that some people prefer to wash baby clothes before they are worn, however, we are unable to resell washed clothes.
If you require an exchange, please state what item/size you would like to exchange for, if we do not have the new item required we will issue a full refund.
Refunds will be processed within 7 days. After 14 days any item will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
If an item is damaged or faulty, postage cost and refund will be processed within 7 days of the return of the product after inspection. A damaged or faulty product is to be returned within 14 days of purchase.
